Bald Eagle Tracking Project - Week 5 During week #5 most of the immature eagles stayed in the vicinity of where they were last week. Blue is still in southern New Jersey, while red has settled in at Aberdeen Proving Ground. Green is still in Calvert County in the Parkers Creek area. We were concerned about this immature eagle, since she had not moved since settling in this area at the end of the first week after release. On Monday, DNR biologists went down to the area and found Green alive and well. |

It
must have found a great spot to live! Yellow spent most of the week
along the Potomac River in Charles County, where it was last week.
It moved to the Virginia shoreline of the Potomac River on July 1.
