On 4/2, he was flying along the I-95 corridor in North Carolina and ended the day along the James River in Virginia. Green was also in Virginia, mostly along the Rappahannock River with a visit to the Potomac River near Westmoreland State Park. The preceeding text was provided by the Maryland Department of Natural Resources. Please visit our Eagle Map Gallery to see other maps of the eagle movements. The gallery contains maps of the eagle movements plotted on shaded relief maps that show local topography as well as eagle movements shown on a satellite image of the bay region which illustrates the types of landcover the eagles are living near.
